On behalf of the SAC B.C. Regional Committee, the Surety Association of Canada is pleased to invite members to join us at the Annual Bob Gray Memorial Golf Tournament on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at the Riverway Golf Course, 9001 Bill Fox Way, Burnaby, B.C. V5J 5J3.

Details:
- Golf tee times are consecutive and will begin at 1:33 p.m.; there are 36 spots available.
- Foursomes and tee times will be confirmed at a later date; arrival time will be 15 to 20 minutes prior to your assigned tee time.
- We encourage all non-golfers to join us on the Riverway patio starting at 5:00 p.m. for appetizers and drinks. This will be a great opportunity to socialize with your fellow SAC members.
Prizes:
- Three (3) KP prizes, provided by sponsor member firms for a value of ($75.00 each), and the coveted Bob Gray Memorial Trophy (currently held by Quinlin Jones, BFL Canada) for the low gross score. This year, pre-registration will be coordinated through SAC through the registration link below. Payment will be required prior to the event.
- Invoices including payment details will be sent out after registration closes on June 30, 2026. Companies with multiple confirmed registrants will receive one invoice. Payment will be due upon receipt and settled in full no later than July 31, 2026.
- Dean Wade (Western Surety) will be arranging the foursomes and will be in contact with registrants to advise of tee time starts.
- Note that this event is open to individuals of SAC member firms only.

Cancellation Policy:

Registrations are transferable up until 12Noon on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to another individual employed with a SAC member firm.
- Cancellations received after 12Noon on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, will be invoiced for the full amount.
- Credits will not be provided for no-shows.
- All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to HERE.
- SAC reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
